WALKING OR MINDFULNESS RETREATS WITH PSYCH-ED PSYCHOLOGY
Stepping in the Right Direction
Put in practice the skills of being present and raising to challenges with a flexible mind, discovering exotic locations with the support of a well-travelled and nature-focus Psychologist.
Trauma can be explored in a stimulating but safe and supportive environment (suited to ex-service personnel). This a journey of healing and self-discovery.
A 2-week Walking Retreat for Trauma (ie. in Southern France) would offer several overall benefits, including:
